Sahasam Trust came up with another initiative which is *Project Chaitra*. As part of this program we have 3 phases in this program.

*Adopt a Girl*: Project Chaitra identifies girls in remote villages with academic potential but facing financial hardships.

*3 Year Fees*: The program covers the girl's educational expenses for three years.

*Job Placement*: Project Chaitra assists the girl in finding a job after her education.

*Giving Back*: Once employed, the young woman contributes back to society by supporting another girl's education through Project Chaitra.

This creates a cycle of empowerment, where beneficiaries become benefactors, enabling the program's sustainability.
